Its base is made of steel & enamel base for even heat distribution while a non-stick 8 layers coating is enabling you easy release and cleaning.

An 8-layer coating for the perfect result every time

The coating features multiple layers that makes every roasting or baking a pleasant and delicious experience.

1. Interior coating layers include

• Quantanium Fully titanium reinforced primer base coat
• Quantanium Lightly reinforced midcoat with stone particles
• Quantanium high-release topcoat

2. Exterior coating layers include

• Colored enamel layer
• Base enamel layer
• Carbon enamel layer
• 1^st interior enamel layer
• 2^nd interior enamel layer

All these layers make sure the roaster remains scratch resistant and stays non-stick, even if you leave the roast in the oven. The Quantanium coating is non-toxic, extremely scratch resistant and thus ultra-safe coating doesn’t leach chemicals into your food as some PTFE do. The stone particles inside store the heat and send it to the food gradually – the natural moisture, vitamins & flavour stay locked, well preserved inside the food. The stone particles also give the food the traditional taste like cooked on the real stone.
